Huawei has announced the new editions of its Watch GT Active and Elegant smartwatches, which represent a substantial update of its previous models.
Both support a new triathlon mode, for open water swimming, outdoor cycling and racing. This mode will also come in existing Watch GTs as a software update. It also has a TruSleep sleep control system and Huawei TruSeen 3.0 heart rate monitoring.
TruSleep and TruSeen Technology
TrueSleep is a technology that offers more than 200 suggestions for improving quality of life through personalized services such as real-time heart rate monitoring, sleep breathing, and analysis of large data.
TruSeen 3.0 monitors heart rate 24 hours a day by combining optical and hardware PPG design and AI algorithms. In Sport mode, you can report training intensity based on a heart rate range. In sleep mode, the smart clock automatically records the users’ heart rate.
Watch GT Active
The Active edition has the same 46 mmy watch face and 2-week battery life as the existing Classic and Sport editions but with a 1.39-inch AMOLED touchscreen.
