Ikea enters the voice market and creates its own intelligent home speaker as if it were just another piece of furniture.
The Swedish giant is taking another step forward with Symfonisk, its new speakers that are ready to connect to Wi-Fi and with more AI than its predecessor Eneby.
These new Ikea loudspeakers have been developed in conjunction with Sonos, from which it has inherited both its platform and its technology.
Inspired by Ikea’s style, allowing it to even become another piece of furniture in your home, Symfonisk can be used as a shelf.
Symfonisk is therefore a hybrid loudspeaker that will allow us to place objects on it like any shelf of the brand.
Ikea will present Symfonisk at the beginning of April 2019, where we will know the final price, its launch date and the countries in which it will be available.
